At ulanka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange them in their original condition.
Request a Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and tags are attached, then securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
